Shipping & Returns

We offer USPS and UPS for our Shipping with Delivery Confirmation ONLY. Delivery time for in-stock items is 4-7 business days. Custom orders take an additional 10-12 weeks and should arrive within 12-14 weeks. No items are shipped via internet without full payment. Lay-A-Way Plans are shipped after Final Payment is received. GG has 7-10 days on Normal Stock items to order and receive furniture after Final Payment made. Again Custom Orders and Special Items are 10-12 weeks out.

Shipping Orders:

Furniture Orders are shipped via Motor Freight from our Warehouse. Most items are kept in stock and shipped with in 4-7 Business Days of your order. Out of stock items may require and additional 2-6 weeks to ship. Custom Orders are at least 10-12 weeks. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified.
Non-Furniture orders are shipped via Fed-Ex Ground or UPS Ground, unless noted otherwise.

Cancellation or return of furniture items may be subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. The cancellation or return of custom made or "Special Order" items may be subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. Unless Specific arrangements with Gaughty Girlz has been made, delivery fees cover service to your curbside or driveway ONLY. Our Freight charges do not include service inside your home or building, delivery before or after normal business hours, or weekends. Gaughty Girlz is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our standard shipping times.

We use extreme care when packaging our merchandise. In the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged, please not this on the driver's delivery slip at the time of the arrival. REFUSE delivery of any merchandise that is visibly damaged. If damaged is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately ( max 7 days from date of delivery). In the case of noted damage, Gaughty Girlz will file all necessary claims with the shipping company and send replacements to you. In the case of concealed damage, the customer may be asked to provide photos to document the damage, and the options made available to the customer will be based upon the extent of the damage.

We also offer local pickup at out Store and encourage Customers to utilize these options. Gaughty Girlz is not responsible for loading or packaging of merchandise that is picked up at out Store Location in Katy, TX. Gaughty Girlz will delivery the merchandise to the loading dock outside the store, but Insurance does not allow Gaughty Girlz to load merchandise into customer's vehicle. Customer is also responsible for securing the merchandise after loading.

Returns and Exchanges

At GG our guarantee is Simple. We want all of our Customers to be completely and 100% satisfied, so we always strive to do the right thing. We are a family run business, so our return policy is strictly based on the condition of the Merchandise. We will simply exchange or Issue a Store credit within 14 Days of purchase, if the merchandise has not been abused or mistreated.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, BUT GUARANTEED.

Please allow 7-14 Business Days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
GG will not except returns of altered or custom merchandise. GG will not accept returns of any items that have been worn, altered, or have undergone any form of cleaning process.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from our facility. Exchanged items are shipped back to customer free of charge.
Please make sure you fill out a letter or note including the following with the returned merchandise:

Name and Address in which the original order was placed under
Daytime phone number where someone can be reached of there is a question with the return.
List of item or items being returned.
Action to be taken: exchange or store credit
List of replacement items, including sizes, colors, and any other options.
